The most common reason for this is because your browser-session timed-out.
Anytime your browser is idle on a dynamically generated page for more than 30 minutes, your session times out and the dynamic session is closed - this is a security precaution.
Alternatively, somebody might have sent you a link to an expired page thus you are seeing this message.
