I checked out but didn’t get my email receipt
Upon successful checkout a corresponding email invoice is sent – accordingly, please check your spam filters for email from CoolTea.com

Your first contact should be with the CoolTea Store Shopkeeper.
How does it work when I buy a digital download?
Right after checkout you will receive an email with a link to access your digital download. In order to prevent link fraud, we limit digital downloads to one click – thereby insuring that digital download links can not be passed around the net.
Accordingly, digital download links are limited to one person, one click, one session.
If your download is incomplete or expired, then please contact your CoolTea Store Shopkeeper.
What about refunds and guarantees?
Refund and guarantee policies are at a store-to-store level thus best handled by contacting your Shopkeeper directly.

Applications for CoolTea Stores are open to CoolTea Pros and considered on a case-by-case basis.
